If you want the curtain like the picture, you need to buy 2 curtain and 2 tulle and 1 valance. T he valance can be Velcro (paste) or Rod pocket. Other Width curtain. We can custom size for you.
There is a 1” ruffle on top of the rod pocket. The rod pocket fits a 1" standard rod. All of my valances are very carefully handcrafted.
